Lady Bobcats Show Expected Promise

The Lady Bobcats have been one of the top teams in the area for the last decade and this year appears to be following the same trend. The Lady Bobcats placed at least one athlete in 11 of the 14 events and placed multiple athletes in eight of the 12 individual events contested.

Lady Bobcats Look to Continue Success

Mike Weverka has a robust roster of athletes on his track team this season and as the Lady Bobcats prepare for the upcoming season, the success they have seen under Weverka’s leadership should see a continued trend of achievement.

Bobcat Hoopsters Earn All-MNAC Honors

The Mid-Nebraska Activities Conference has released the 2021-22 All-Conference teams with some familiar names making the list. The Lady Bobcats had four players earn honors this season.

Experience to Lead Bobcats on the Track

With five returning state qualifiers this season, the South Loup Boys’ Track team has high hopes for the young team. After winning a third consecutive conference championship and finishing third place at districts last season, the team has big goals for the upcoming year.
