Gracey Earns Three Medals at State Championships

Body

Cache Gracey ended his junior season on the track by making some noise at the NSAA State Track and Field Championships in Omaha May 20-21.
Gracey, along with Trey Connell, Logan Recoy and Silas Cool came into the state meet in the 16th seed in the 3200 meter relay.
They adopted the motto “Worst to First” and according to coach Rick Peterson, they almost made that mantra true.
The team had a brillant performance, anchored by Cool who came down the stretch in a fight for position against Hastings St. Cecelia and Hartington Cedar Catholic.
