Lady Bobcats Look to Continue Success

Mike Weverka has a robust roster of athletes on his track team this season and as the Lady Bobcats prepare for the upcoming season, the success they have seen under Weverka’s leadership should see a continued trend of achievement.

Bobcat Hoopsters Earn All-MNAC Honors

The Mid-Nebraska Activities Conference has released the 2021-22 All-Conference teams with some familiar names making the list. The Lady Bobcats had four players earn honors this season.

Experience to Lead Bobcats on the Track

With five returning state qualifiers this season, the South Loup Boys’ Track team has high hopes for the young team. After winning a third consecutive conference championship and finishing third place at districts last season, the team has big goals for the upcoming year.

The South Loup Lady Bobcats took on the 2021-22 season and worked to build confidence in their game - and the year-end numbers reflect that. The totals listed below are a reflection of a team that worked hard to be resilient and work together.
Taylor Ross - Taylor Ross set a single-game rebound record this season with 19 against Mullen on Feb. 4. She led the team in rebounds this season with 201.
