Body The South Loup golf team made the trip to Thedford on Thursday, April 18, to compete in the 10-team Sandhills-Thedford invite. The Bobcats played well, and at the end of the day, the team had finished in a tie with Sandhills Valley for 2nd place.

Body South Loup had only one track meet on the schedule last week, and Mother Nature put the kibosh on that one. The Bobcats were one of seven teams to make the trip to Overton on Tuesday, April 16, for an invitational meet.

Body The South Loup golf team competed in two meets last week, beginning with a quad hosted by Anselmo- Merna played at the Broken Bow Country Club on Tuesday, April 9. The four participating teams were host A-M, Broken Bow JV, South Loup, and Sandhills Valley.

Body On Friday, April 12, the South Loup Bobcats took their track skills to Burwell to compete in the Burwell Invitational, which featured some very strong competition.

Body On April 5, the South Loup Bobcats held their annual South Loup Invite. It was a good day for the Bobcats, as the women’s team won the team title while the men’s team finished in 3rd place.

Body The Bobcat golf team hosted the South Loup Invitational at Arnold Golf Course on Friday, April 5. At the end of the day, it was the home team Bobcats claiming the top team trophy.

Body Rosters have been released for this summer’s Sertoma 8 man all star football game which will take place in Hastings. The West squad will be coached this year by Twin Loup head coach Mike Kozeal.

Body Dylan Handley, like most seniors at this time of year, is counting down the remainder of his high school days. While he enjoys his last month at Callaway High School, he has a clear vision of what he plans for his future.
