The South Loup Bobcats were represented by four recent graduates in the MNAC – MAC All Star Basketball game on Saturday, May 30, at South Platte High School in Big Springs. The MNAC won the boys game 57-43.

Two Callaway junior high students have qualified for the National Junior High Rodeo Finals. Olivia Doggett and Quinton Boeser are both members of the Nebraska Junior High Rodeo Association.
Large Litter of Bobcats Compete at State Meet

It was a great showing for the Bobcats, as the South Loup track and field team qualified nine boys and nine girls in seven events each, for the Nebraska State Track and Field Championships in Omaha this past weekend.

The South Loup men’s and women’s track and field teams competed in the NSAA D-8 District Meet in Paxton on Wednesday, May 13. It was a great day for the Bobcats, as the girls brought home the District Championship trophy and the boys were District Runners-Up!
Bobcats Earn Second-Place Team Plaque, Four Medals

In their final regular-season meet of 2026, the South Loup golf team traveled to Mullen on Wednesday, May 13, where they were one of eight schools represented in the tournament.
Bobcats Finish Home Invite Runners-Up

The Bobcats hosted the Dave Blevins Memorial Invite in Arnold last Friday, May 8 and both the boys and girls had a banner day, taking home second place honors overall.
