Body The South Loup wrestling team traveled to Loup City on Friday, Feb. 2, participating in a dual tournament and their final regular season meet. The Bobcats finished in third place in the 10-team tournament, defeating Central Valley in the third-place match.

Body On Friday, Feb. 2, the South Loup Bobcats hosted the Mullen Broncos in Arnold.

Body You can't lose the contest if you win every quarter, and that was precisely South Loup's strategy against the Mullen Broncos on Friday, Feb. 2. The Lady Bobcats walked away with a 36-26 win over the Broncos. The win made it back-to-back wins for South Loup.

Body Last week the Mid Nebraska Actvities Conference (MNAC) met in Broken Bow for the annual conference basketball tournament. On Monday, Jan. 22, the South Loup Bobcats and Brady Eagles met in Callaway for the first-round game.

Body With only a few matches left in the 2023-24 high school wrestling season, the Bobcats had a busy week last week. Competition began on Tuesday, Jan. 23, when the team traveled to Gibbon for the Bill Foster Invite.
