The following Callaway Public Schools junior/senior high school students have earned recognition on the honor roll and all A honor roll for the first quarter.

The Callaway American Legion Auxiliary continues to serve Veterans and to promote Americanism in the community. The efforts of Unit #59 may not always be seen, but many projects take place in the area due to the efforts of the local Legion Auxiliary members.

If you are a parent or grandparent, you completely understand the challenges that come with trying to keep children’s minds focused and their attention on one thing for more than five minutes. That is the quandary that our elementary teachers face on a daily basis.
