The following court cases have been listed as closed by the Custer County Clerk of the District Court for the months of February and March 2026. Feb.

Security First Bank has officially completed its acquisition of 11 Nebraska branch locations from First Interstate Bank and is now open for business in each community as of April 13, 2026. The transition marks an expansion of Security First Bank’s presence across Nebraska, adding locations in Alliance, Atkinson, Broken Bow, Burwell, Callaway, McCook, Norfolk, O’Neill, Ord, Scottsbluff, and Sidney.
