Auxiliary Soup & Pie Supper Set For Nov. 9

The Callaway American Legion Auxiliary will be hosting its annual Soup & Pie Supper on Sunday, Nov, 9, at the Callaway Community Center. Serving will be from 5 to 7 p.m. with a free will donation to the Auxiliary. Proceeds will help fund a variety of projects and events to serve all Veterans and to promote Americanism in our community.

Kids’ Fall Festival Set For Nov. 1

For a little more than a decade now, the community of Callaway has hosted a special event in the fall - removed from Halloween - for area children. This year’s Kids’ Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, Nov. 1.

Wilson, guilty - two counts “terroristic threats”, 337 days in jail, 337 days credit on both counts, 18 months probation, plus costs - Joshua Salter v Frontline Finishing Group Inc., judgment in favor of plaintiff Sept. 5 - Gail D. Wheeler v Kortney J. Wheeler, case dismissed Sept. 18 - Dylan Bonde v Stanely Bonde, case dismissed - St. of NE v Timothy A. Rosentrater, guilty on two counts “sexual assault of a child”, 4-5 years with NDCS on each count; guilty on two counts “sexual assault” and one count “attempt of a Class 2 felony”, 10-15 years with NDCS on each count; 588 days credit; plus costs.

Annual Kolbo Reunion Takes Place in Callaway

The 36th Annual Kolbo Reunion was held at the Callaway Senior Center in Callaway on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025. Hosting were the daughters of Janice Loghry, Mitzi Graham, and Dawn Hiatt and their families. A covered dish dinner was served to 15 family members.
