Custer County Sheriff Dan Osmond reports that two individuals have been booked into the Custer County Jail between Feb. 6 and Feb. 23, 2026.

Justin Douglas Slagle, age 37 of Sargent, was booked on Feb. 14. He has been charged with two counts of terroristic threats, both Class 3 felonies, one count of third degree domestic assault, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and one count of willful reckless driving, a Class 3 misdemeanor.

Josephine Marie Saul was booked on Feb. 14, 2026, and charged with one count of failure to appear, a Class 4 felony.
