Callaway High School held a program Tuesday morning, May 7, to honor the academic and fine arts achievements of its students during the 2023-24 school year. A special ceremony was also held during the program to induct new members into the prestigious National Honor Society.

It’s official. With yesterday, May 15, being the last day of school summer break has begun! The state track meet in Omaha this week will be the final activity of the 2023-24 school year for Callaway students.

Delaynie Laible is one of the members of the now-graduated Callaway High School Class of 2024. She is the daughter of Tom and Gina Laible, sister to two brothers and three sisters, aunt to two nephews and one niece, and has a Great Pyrenees named Marley.

Skylar Ellison is a member of the 2024 class of Callaway High School and will be taking the stage to receive her diploma this weekend. She shared a little about herself and her goals with her peers during her senior presentation.

National American Legion Family Day was celebrated at the Callaway Legion Hall on the evening of April 26. Hors d'oeuvres were provided by Auxiliary Unit #59 for the “come & go” event.
