Body The Ninth Annual Seven Valleys Rodeo is scheduled for Sunday and Monday, June 29 and 30, at the Seven Valleys Rodeo arena southeast of Callaway on Highway 40. Starting times for the International Rodeo Association (IRA) approved event will be 2 p.m. on Sunday and 8 p.m. on Monday.

Body On Friday evening June 13, a few members of the Callaway High School class of 1974 met at Morgan Park at 7:00 in the evening. The purpose of the informal meeting was to pay tribute to classmate Dennis Welch, who passed away in 1977 in a house fire.

Body The Callaway Village Board heard an update on a new housing project for the community during the board’s June 10 meeting. TJ Elliott and Justin Mason will be developing property to build 6-8 new homes on the east edge of Callaway.
