Callaway District Hospital is hosting a Community Health Fair on Tuesday, July 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Callaway Morgan Park.

The Health Fair & Family Fun Day is an event to promote health, well-being, and the resources available in our area that support the patients in our rural communities.

Everyone is invited to come and learn about all that is available for you, your family, and your friends that may impact your health and support health improvement. The event will also include a kid’s corner, which will feature games, physical activities, tattoo and sticker fun, and much more.

Some of the topics to be addressed include mental health, heart disease, nutrition, diabetes, substance abuse and prevention, and a demonstration of lifestyle sports.

There will be blood pressure screenings available, raffle baskets, free food, and free back-to-school supplies. Vendors who will be participating in the Health Fair & Family Fun Day include Community Health Partners, Tropical Sno, local arts and crafts, and local produce.

In case of weather, the event will be moved to the Callaway Community Center. The Community Health Fair & Family Fun Day is sponsored by Callaway District Hospital and Senior Life Solutions.
