I am not a very patient person. If I have a gift that I am excited to give to someone, I have a terrible time waiting. When I have an idea to implement something new, I want to get started on it right away. And, if I have a conflict with someone, I am inclined to try to fix it immediately rather than give time and space.

The Village of Callaway has had a pharmacy for many, many years - just one of the many healthcare opportunities the small community feels blessed to offer. Long-time pharmacist Robert Edgington operated Right Drug in downtown Callaway for many years.

As we ring in another new year, the Courier wanted to take a moment to remind you of some of the stories that made our headlines in 2022. Callaway is a very progressive community, with plenty of things going on. Looking back on the year is always a good reminder of that, so we hope you enjoy reflecting on the last 12 months of community happenings.
Robert Pitkin announced his retirement and closing of the long-time Callaway business, The Corner Stop in March.
