Kids’ Fall Festival Set For Nov. 1

Body For a little more than a decade now, the community of Callaway has hosted a special event in the fall - removed from Halloween - for area children. This year’s Kids’ Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, Nov. 1.

Annual Kolbo Reunion Takes Place in Callaway

Body The 36th Annual Kolbo Reunion was held at the Callaway Senior Center in Callaway on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025. Hosting were the daughters of Janice Loghry, Mitzi Graham, and Dawn Hiatt and their families. A covered dish dinner was served to 15 family members.

Body 50 YEARS AGO: The Seven Valleys Service Center celebrated five years in Callaway on Oct. 19, by serving pumpkin pie and coffee at the Village Cafe, where 124 persons registered for prizes. Minnie Hanes won a digital clock, and 100 pumpkins were given to children.

Dementia Care Training Coming to Gothenburg
