Rita Bill (Harris) age 74 of Bennet, died peacefully Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023, in Lincoln. She was born on June 30, 1949, in Lexington, the fifth child of William Orris (Bill) and Loretta Belle (Bybee) Harris. On Feb. 11, 2000, she was united in marriage to Rodney Light in York.
