Bobcat Golfers Prepare to Swing Into Action

Body Jeff Cole is entering his second season as head coach of the South Loup golf team. Prior to that, Cole was an assistant to Coach Jarod Rush for three seasons. Joining Coach Cole on the course again this year will be Assistant Coach Garrett Hrupek.

Nebraska On Fire

Body A wildfire that started in Cottonwood Canyon south of Maxwell on Thursday, March 12, raced west across the hills during the afternoon and overnight hours, causing complete devastation in a 25-mile swath.
Volunteer firefighters from all across the state have been converging in central and northwest Nebraska to help get the massive wildfires that ignited last week under control.
