Barbara Fay Connell Patterson, 88 of Callaway, passed away on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026, at the Callaway Good Life Center.

Karl Lee Reinhard, born on Jan. 6, 1937, in Callaway to John and Maxine Reinhard, passed away on Feb. 12, 2026, in the same beloved town. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who left behind a legacy of hard work, passion for nature, and a commitment to family.

of Elsie, passed away Jan. 26, 2026, at Perkins County Health Services in Grant. Joyce was born Nov. 18, 1946, in Shenandoah, Iowa, to Gale 'Bill' and Christina (Slauter) Rood. She grew up in the area and graduated from Callaway High School.

passed away peacefully Sunday, Dec. 28, 2025, surrounded by her husband, Richard (Rich), and daughters, Aimee Lynn and Pamila Jean, after a courageous battle with cancer.

of rural Callaway, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, passed away on Dec. 17, 2025, at Kearney Regional in Kearney. Born on Jan. 19, 1945, in Grand Island, she was the daughter of Ray and Viola Ritchie, and was also raised by her stepfather, Frankie Brim.

June Helen (Roork) Sheppard, 80 of Callaway, passed away on Oct. 26, 2025, at Kearney Regional Hospital.
