The South Loup Lady Bobcats had back-to-back road games this past weekend, traveling to Cambridge on Friday and Pleasanton on Saturday. Friday’s game was a thriller, and after three overtimes Cambridge came out with the victory, 54-62.

Coming right off the heels of the Cambridge battle, the Lady Bobcats faced a tough Pleasanton defense on Saturday. South Loup did manage to outscore the Lady Trojans by a bucket in the third quarter, but their efforts were not enough to earn the W, losing by a final score of 29-47.

The Lady Bobcats took a record of 1-3 back into the game on Tuesday as they hosted the Lady Mustangs of SEM. We will have highlights of these games in next week’s Courier.
