For the past 42 years, bicycle enthusiasts have gathered for a ride across part of our beautiful state and been welcomed by the residents of small Midwest communities from one end of Nebraska to the other. The 43rd annual Bike Ride Across Nebraska (BRAN) will take place June 1-7, and this year’s adventure will include an overnight stay in Gothenburg, followed the next day by a lunch stop in Callaway.

The BRAN riders will arrive in Gothenburg on Monday, June 2, where they will camp overnight before heading out early on Tuesday morning. They will make their way through the hills to Callaway, arriving in time for lunch on June 3.

The Callaway Chamber will be serving lunch at the Community Center, and the public is invited and encouraged to join and welcome our visitors to town. Chamber members are asked to bring a side salad dish.
