In the 60m hurdles, freshmen Rae Hagler and Anna Coleman competed for the Bobcats with Hagler advancing to the finals and finishing in 7th place in a time of 11.49. Coleman turned in a time of 13.23 in the prelims.

The girls’ 4x400 relay team of Hagler, Coleman, sophomore Josie Lehmkuhler, and freshman Emma Stallbaumer finished in 4th place with a time of 5:04.62.

In the field events, freshman Adalie Tullis and Neltje Reiff competed in shotput where they finished in 23rd and 24th place. Sophomore EvaLynn Wonch finished 5th in the discus with a throw of 95-09, while Stallbaumer finished 11th with a toss of 77-06. Sophomore Brook Bierman came in 14th throwing 66-01.

Jade Bierman finished in 5th place in the high jump clearing an even 5 feet. In the long jump, Josie Lehmkuhler came in 15th place with a leap of 13-02, followed by junior Sara Latiegue in 17th jumping 11-07.5.

Finally, Neltje Reiff had a 6th place finish in the triple jump with a leap of 29-00.5. Sophomore Charli Pandorf jumped 27-01 to finish 12th.

Both teams are back on the track today, March 27, at Loup City, and will travel to Elwood for the Hi-Line Invite on Tuesday, April 1. Events at that meet get underway at 10 a.m.
