Patricia Porter, age 81 of Broken Bow, passed away April 5, 2022, at the Azria Health Broadway Home in Grand Island. Patricia Ann Porter was born Nov. 23, 1940, in Callaway to Herbert and Gertrude (McCreary) Liles.

Patricia was united in marriage to Alfred Porter on June 1, 1974. Pat loved to go to auctions and garage sales. She enjoyed her time volunteering. She was an avid Husker football and volleyball fan. In addition, she loved traveling and going to casinos.

Pat is survived by two sisters, Sandy Taylor of Grand Island and Margaret Chrisman of Palmdale, California; nieces, Susan Taylor of Grand Island, Karen (Ray) Johnson of Ravenna, and their children, Seth, Ryan, Kaia, Hanna, and Dr. Chelsea Taylor of Littleton, Colorado. Also, niece Michaela Boles and family of Arizona, plus addition family members and many friends. She will be grea missed by those who knew and loved her.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Al; parents, Herbert and Gertrude Liles; brothers-in-law, Roger Taylor and Milam Chrisman; sisters, Eva Lou Ellison, Betty Jean Turner, Doris Scott, Georgia Lindgren, and Mary Alice Gray, and their spouses; brothers, Donald, Robert, and Jack, and their spouses.

A graveside service was held Friday, April 8 at t Rose Hill Cemetery in Callaway with Kathy Salts PM officiating. Govier Brothers Mortuary was in charge arrangements. An online guest book may be signed www.govierbrothers.com.
