of Callaway, passed away Feb. 17, 2026, at the Callaway Good Life Center.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 26, at 11 a.m. at the Broken Bow Seventh-day Adventist Church at 403 North 10th Avenue in Broken Bow, with graveside services to follow in the Oconto Cemetery at Oconto.

Vickie Gale (Scott) Osborn was born on Dec. 24, 1951, in Kearney, to Henry and Marjorie (Owen) Scott. Vickie grew up in the Oconto area. She attended and graduated from Platte Valley High School in Shelton. After high school she went on and got her BSN in nursing.

Vickie was united in marriage to Stephen J. Osborn on June 20, 1982, at Estes Park, Colorado. During her time as a nurse, they lived in Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, and Nebraska.

They made their home in Broken Bow and Vickie became a stay-at-home mom. She enjoyed playing the piano, hiking, nature, skiing, motorcycles, gardening, canning, and baking (especially pies). She was a member of the Broken Bow Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Marjorie Scott. Vickie is survived by her husband, Steve; sons, Timothy (Brittany) Osborn and John Osborn; and grandchildren, Noah Osborn and Hannah Osborn.

Vickie chose cremation. Memorials are suggested to the family. Govier Brothers Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements.
