The South Loup boys’ basketball season came to an end on Thursday, Feb. 26, when the Bobcats lost their D1-10 sub-district final game to Twin Loup.
Despite the loss, two of the Bobcats' seniors had tremendous efforts in the final game. Dylan Pandorf posted 19 points and 5 rebounds. Pandorf's big performance that evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Another senior making a difference was Crew Witthuhn, who scored 7 points in addition to 7 boards and 3 steals.
The game marked the final time on the court for four South Loup seniors. Along with Pandorf and Witthuhn, Caleb Furrow and Conner Paulsen also finished their basketball careers in a Bobcats uniform.
South Loup finished the 2025-26 season with a record of 10-13 overall.
