The Lady Bobcats were on the road to Eustis to face Hi-Line in their final game of the regular season on Friday, Feb. 14. Unfortunately, South Loup was not able to break free from their recent rough patch as they dropped their fourth consecutive game. The final score was 27-46. No other stats were available.

The ladies had the weekend to rest before beginning sub-district play on Monday. Despite school being closed due to the weather, the team made the trip to Loup City to face the Arcadia/Loup City Rebels in the first round of post-season play. The Rebels came out of the gate strong, scoring 18 points on the Bobcats in the first quarter while holding South Loup to just 4 points.

By halftime, the Rebel's lead had been extended 33-8. When the final buzzer sounded it was Arcadia/Loup City taking the win by a final score of 50-17. With the loss the Lady Bobcats 2024-25 season came to a close.

Despite the team’s overall record of 2-20 on the year, Head Coach Ali Goodenow says she saw a lot of positives for her young team to build on for next season.
