Ramona G'Schwind, 81 of Hallam, died Dec. 29, 2023. Ramona was born July 16, 1942, to Herbert and Lorraine G’Schwind. Ramona grew up and graduated from Callaway High School. Ramona married Robert Edgington and they had two children, Robin and Robert Jr. Later Ramona moved to Lincoln. She went back to school and earned an associate degree. Ramona retired from Bryan Medical Center as a Medical Transcriptionist. Ramona loved to cook, do crafts, and especially read. Ramona had a large collection of books. Ramona loved to travel, especially to visit family in Cheyenne. Ramona would always enjoy a shopping trip to Super Saver or stop for a garage sale.

Ramona was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Lorraine G'Schwind, and a brother Herbert Jr. G'Schwind.

Ramona leaves behind a daughter, Robin (Scott) Likens of Hallam; son, Robert Jr. Edgington of Callaway; two sisters, DeAnne Edgington of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Denise (Jerry) Nichelson of Callaway. She also leaves behind grandchildren, Dillon and Jaylee Likens, Joslyn Edgington, Carlie, Casee and Dani Dragoo. Ramona also loved her furry grandchildren - they brought her much joy and comfort - Dex, Maxwell, BS (Butterscotch), and her feathered grand ducks. Ramona also leaves behind many other family members and friends.
