Callaway Medical Facility Among Nation’s Best

Callaway District Hospital & Medical Clinics (CDH) is proud to announce its recent recognition as one of the Top 20 hospitals in the nation for patient satisfaction by the National Rural Health Association (NRHA). Awards were presented on Sept. 29 in Kansas City, Missouri as part of the NRHA’s annual convention.

The Nebraska Department of Environment and Energy’s 2023 Clean Diesel Rebate Program is now accepting applications for agricultural irrigation pump diesel engine replacements. Applications must be submitted to NDEE by Dec. 7, 2023, to be considered.

Commissioners To Consider Nonresident Permit Fee Increases

The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission will consider fee increases to several nonresident big game permits when it meets Oct. 13 at Fort Robinson State Park. The meeting will begin at 8 a.m. Mountain Time in the Buffalo Soldiers Barracks at the park located just west of Crawford at 3200 West Hwy. 20.
