Feb. 2 – State of Ne v Dominique Ducote; Guilty of “theft”, 90 days jail, 2 days credit, costs and restitution. Feb. 3 – Cynthia A Estergard v Richard L Estergard; Dissolution of marriage granted.

Feb. 7 – Destiny Gloeckler v Matthew Gloechler; Case dismissed.

Feb. 14 – Tyler R Varland v Jessica L Varland; Dissolution of marriage granted.
