The Callaway Chamber of Commerce is hosting their “Celebrate Callaway” event on Sunday, Feb. 26, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Callaway Community Center. Chamber members are asked to bring a main dish and salad or dessert. The Chamber will provide a main dish along with the potluck options. The whole community is invited to join in!

During this event, the Chamber wants to thank you for shopping locally and supporting our community, and welcome the new friends in the community. The Citizen of the Year will also be announced at the event. Award nomination forms are due back to the Chamber by Feb. 10.

The Callaway Chamber of Commerce Citizen of the Year Award is presented to an individual or group in the Callaway area who has made an extraordinary contribution to the welfare and progress of our community during the past year.

If you would like to nominate a person or group, please write in 500 words or less how this person or organization has positively impacted the community and made the Callaway area a better place to live and work through his or her efforts. Letters of support may be submitted with your nomination.
