The following are 911 calls made to Custer County Communications from the Callaway/ Oconto area Nov. 18 - Dec. 1. “RP” is an abbreviation for “Reporting Party”.

Dec. 03 - Highway 40, Oconto; Caller reported a red calf with a red ear tag was out. A possible owner was called. The person advised they were not the owner and provided another possible owner.

Dec. 04 - E Adams Street, Callaway; Caller stated their neighbor’s dog keeps trying to attack him.

Dec. 04 - S Morgan Ave, Callaway; Caller advised she accidentally dialed 911. There was no emergency.

Dec. 05 - Highway 40, Oconto; A bull was reported out. A possible owner was contacted.

Dec. 06 - Highway 21, Oconto; A car went off the road. It needed a wrecker but no trumbull was wanted.

Dec. 08 - 501 S Cameron Street, Callaway; A text was received to 911. Dec. 08 - Highway 21, Oconto; Caller stated he was driving a pickup pulling a horse trailer and he and a few semis were having trouble getting over the hill. There was no accident, but they were blocking traffic.
