Callaway Hospital Gala Brings Community Together, Raises Support for Local Healthcare
The Callaway Hospital District Foundation welcomed 200 guests on April 18 for its Legacy of Care Gala, an evening centered on community, connection, and support for local healthcare.
Held at the Arnold Community Center, the event brought together neighbors, businesses, and friends from across the area to celebrate the importance of keeping quality care close to home. Guests enjoyed a social hour, dinner, entertainment, and both silent and live auctions.
By the end of the evening, the Foundation raised $56,957 through sponsorships, donations, and auction participation.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support shown by our communities,” said Cassie Penn, Chief Operating Officer and Foundation Officer. “This night was a reminder of how much people care about ensuring access to healthcare in rural areas and supporting the services we all rely on.”
Funds raised will go toward supporting ongoing and future healthcare needs, helping strengthen services and enhance patient care across the region.
The Foundation extends its sincere thanks to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, and contributed to the success of the evening. Events like this reflect the strength of rural communities and their commitment to caring for one another.
