Nominations Open For Citizen of The Year
Posted in:
Body

A community’s success is determined by the dedication and hard work of its citizens. In recognition of those efforts, the Callaway Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Citizen or Organization of the Year award.

Everyone is encouraged to nominate the individual or organization they believe has made a meaningful difference in the Callaway area.

The recipient will be announced at the Chamber’s Annual Potluck Supper, to be held April 26. Nomination forms are available at First Interstate Bank.

Nominees will be evaluated based on the following request from the nomination form: “In 500 words or less, tell us how this person or organization has positively impacted the community and made the Callaway area a better place to live and work through his or her efforts.”

Letters of support may be submitted along with the nomination. Nominating someone for Citizen or Organization of the Year is a meaningful way to recognize the often-selfless acts that contribute to the well-being of the Callaway community.

Please return completed nominations by Monday, April 13, for consideration. Submissions may be mailed to: Callaway Chamber of Commerce Box 272 Callaway, NE 68825 Or dropped off in a sealed envelope at First Interstate Bank.
