Charles Fisher, Jr. - Booked Nov. 30, serving sentence for traffic offenses.

Richard Joseph Kamarad - Booked Aug. 19, serving sentence for possession of a controlled substance.

Lawrence Allen Millspaugh - Booked Sept. 26, 2024; awaiting pretrial on two counts of sexual assault of a child and two counts of cruelty toward a child.

Sam Gary Payton - Booked Nov. 11, serving sentence for Class 3 felony terroristic threats.

Jeffery Bruce Plumb - Booked Aug. 11, awaiting pretrial for possession of a controlled substance.
