The American Red Cross will host a Blood Drive at the Community Center in Callaway on Monday, Sept. 29, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. If you are an eligible type O, B-, or A- donor, you are asked to consider making a Power Red donation. Please call Carol at 308-870-3594 to make an appointment.

Trunk-or-Treat will be held in downtown Callaway on Friday, Oct. 31, from 4-5 p.m. There will be awards for the best decorated trunk. The Callaway Boosters will be handing out hot dogs, chips and a drink, sponsored by First Interstate Bank.

Visit Nebraska is excited to announce that applications are now open to be on a stop on the 2026 Nebraska Passport. All destinations in the state are welcome to apply to become a stop. Past stops have included restaurants, museums, outdoor adventures, retail stores, wineries, breweries, arts destinations and more. To complete the 2026 Passport application, click here.
