Duncan, guilty of 11 counts: Count 1 – use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony; Count 2 – possession of weapon by prohibited person; Counts 3-5 – terroristic threats; Counts 6-7 – 3rd degree assault; Counts 8-10 – terroristic threats; Count 11 – intimidation by telephone/electronic communication device. Sentencing: as to Counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8. 9, & 10 – 5 years probation; as to Counts 6 & 7 – 2 years probation; as to Count 11 – 90 days jail, credit given for 90 days previously served, plus costs.
