Every good party has to include food, and the 140 years celebration of Callaway at this year’s Pioneer Picnic this weekend will have plenty of options to choose from! Most of the food vendors are also raising funds for a specific cause, so plan to attend all of the festivities, bring your appetite, and help support these local endeavors.

Saturday, June 28, from 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. - The Callaway Good Life Center Breakfast Fundraiser at the Community Center.

Saturday, June 28, following the parade - The FCCLA students are serving Street Tacos to help raise funds for their trip to Florida. Find them in Morgan Park after the parade.

Saturday, June 28, from 5-7 p.m. - The American Legion Post 59 Family will be serving burgers and brats, with beans, chips, mac & cheese, and pie at the Callaway Community Center. Free Will Donations. Come and support this organization.

Sunday, June 29, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. - The American Legion Post 59 Family will be serving sausage gravy & biscuits at the Callaway Community Center. Free Will Donation. Come show your support!

The Cook Shack, Mrs. Robinson’s and the Seven Valley’s Rodeo folks will also be open to accommodate your cravings for the weekend!
