Custer County Sheriff Dan Osmond reports the following individuals were incarcerated in the Custer County Jail as of June 16, 2025.

Anthony Paul Elder – booked May 5, serving sentence for possession of a controlled substance, a Class 4 felony. Anthony Edward Holmes – booked April 30, charged with felony failure to appear. Bond has been set at $50,000.

Adam Robert Jesseph – booked May 22, charged with parole violation – county bond violation, a felony.

Sabino Leborde – booked May 22, serving sentence for possession with intent to deliver, a Class 2 felony.

Lawrence Allen Millspaugh – booked Sept. 26, 2024, awaiting trial on two counts 1st degree sexual assault of a child, and two counts of cruelty toward a child.

Timothy Allen Rosentrater – awaiting sentencing on five counts of 1st degree sexual assault. Sentencing is set for July 24.

Adam Johnathan Schaefer – booked Oct. 2, 2024, awaiting trial on one count of misdemeanor fraud for making a false statement, and committing child abuse intentionally resulting in injury, a Class 2 felony. Sentencing is set for July 3.

Antonio Victor Villa – booked May 5, charged with driving under suspension, a Class 3 misdemeanor, and 3rd offense driving under the influence of liquor.

Carsen Wyatt Wilson – booked Oct. 3, 2024, awaiting trial for minor in possession of a concealed firearm, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and stalking, a Class 3 felony.

Alexxis Rayne Shimko - booked May 28, awaiting trial on two felony counts of failure to appear, and two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. No bond has been set.
