The 24th Annual Walk for Life will be hosted in 10 communities this year on May 3rd and 4th. This is a fundraiser for the Women's Resource Center in North Platte. Each person who participates in a 2-mile Walk for Life is encouraged to find sponsors to support their walk.

Each sponsor can pledge to give $20, $50, or more to their chosen walker. All money raised will benefit the pregnancy help services provided by the WRC for women, men, and children in North Platte and the surrounding areas.

Those who walk may be in person at the Walk Event or walk on their own. Individuals may sign up on the website ~ www.friendsofwrc.com, call 308-534-1440, or contact their Church WRC Ambassador.

The Walk For Life event in Callaway is being coordinated by Crystal Anderson and will be held on Saturday, May 3. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. at Morgan Park, and the walk will get underway at 10 a.m.
