Marlon Cucul-Tzin – Booked Nov. 21. Serving sentence for negligent manslaughter, willful reckless driving, and driving under the influence of liquor.

Phillip Shane Duncan – Booked July 6. Charged with use of a weapon to commit a felony, a Class 2 felony; possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, a Class 3 felony; terroristic threats, a Class 3 felony; and 3rd degree assault, a Class 1 misdemeanor. No bond has been set.

Caleb Dale Grant – Booked Oct. 20. Charged with 1st degree assault, a Class 2 felony; terroristic threats, a Class 3 felony; and disturbing the peace, a Class 3 misdemeanor. No bond has been set.

Jesse Lee Menzie – Booked Aug. 1. Charged with 1st degree assault, a Class 2 felony. No bond has been set.

Lawrence Allen Millspaugh – Booked Sept. 26. Charged with two counts of felony 1st degree sexual assault of a child, and two counts of cruelty toward a child, a Class 3 felony. There is no bail.

Timothy Allen Rosentrater – Booked Feb. 9. Charged with multiple counts of 1st degree sexual assault. There is no bail.

Adam Johnathan Schaefer – Booked Oct. 2. Charged with fraud-false statement, a Class 1 misdemeanor; and committing child abuse intentionally with injury, a Class 2 felony. No bond has been set.

Carsen Wyatt Wilson – Booked Oct. 3. Charged with concealed firearm by a minor, a Class 1 misdemeanor; and stalking, a Class 3 felony. No bond has been set.
