Help Needed For Kite Flight Clean-Up Callaway residents are encouraged to gather at Foster Smith Field on Wednesday, Aug. 28 at 5:30 p.m. to pitch in on the Kite Flight Clean-Up night. Bull Rding This Weekend in Callaway Flying kites is not the only action taking place in Callaway this Labor Day weekend. On Sunday, Sept.

1, the 2nd Annual No Excuse Bull Riding event will be held at the Seven Valleys Rodeo Ground. Gate opens at 6 p.m. and the performance will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Admission is $10 per person. Parking is first come, first serve. Concessions will be available. During intermission you can bid on your favorite cowboy during the Calcutta. There will be a mutton busting performance as well; kids must sign up before 7:30 p.m. There is a 60-pound weight limit, and only 30 slots are available.
