Timothy A. Rosentrater, age 62 of Callaway, appeared in Custer County District Court on Thursday, May 23, where he had 13 additional charges filed against him.

According to the news report from KCNI/ KBBN Radio, the charges involve 1st-degree sexual assault, Class II felonies; sexual assault of a child, Class IIIA felonies, 2nd-degree sexual assault, a Class III felony, and 3rd-degree sexual assault, a Class I misdemeanor.

The new charges stem from alleged incidences that occurred in 2001, 2003, 2004, 2006, and 2024. A preliminary hearing for the charges was set for June 27 at 1:00 p.m.

Rosentrater is currently in the Custer County jail after being arraigned in March 2024 on a charge of 1st-degree sexual assault, a Class II felony. A pretrial hearing in that case is scheduled for October of this year.
