If you plan to build, move, expand or structurally alter any building or structure within Callaway or the 1-mile zone surrounding Callaway you will need a building permit. This would include: - Building or changing fencing - Putting up a carport - Building a new accessory building (ie. garage, ADU, etc.)

Building permits are $15. You can get unofficial copies of both the Zoning regulations and building permits on our website at villageofcallawayne. gov.
