Jail Report

Custer County Sheriff Dan Osmond reports that as of April 6, 2026, there were five males and two females lodged in the Custer County Jail. Those incarcerated as of that date and their charges are as follows: Richard Eugene Brass, Jr. - Booked March 31, charged with possession of a controlled substance (Class 4 felony) and obstructing the police (misdemeanor). No bond has yet been set.
