The Custer County Jail reported four male inmates and two female inmates as of Sept. 22, 2025, according to Custer County Sheriff Dan Osmond. Those currently incarcerated are listed below.

Richard Joseph Kamarad - booked Aug. 19, serving sentence for possession of a controlled substance, a Class IV felony.

Timothy Adam Kroeze - booked Sept. 11, charged with violation of a restraining/protection order, a Class 1 misdemeanor Lawrence Allen Millspaugh - booked Sept. 26, 2024, charged with two felony counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, and two counts of cruelty toward a child, both Class 3 felonies.

Jeffrey Bruce Plumb - booked Aug. 11, charged with felony possession of a controlled substance Terri Lynn Jorgenson - booked Aug. 8, serving sentence for contempt of court Christina Marie Page - booked Aug. 21, serving sentence for unauthorized use of a financial transaction device
