Custer County Sheriff Dan Osmond reports the following individuals were incarcerated in the Custer County Jail as of July 21, 2025.

Anthony Paul Elder – booked May 5, charged with possesion of controlled substance, a Class 4 felony.

Adam Robert Jesseph – booked May 22, charged with parole violation – county bond violation, a felony.

Lawrence Allen Millspaugh – booked Sept. 26, 2024, awaiting trial on two counts 1st degree sexual assault of a child, and two counts of cruelty toward a child.

Tyson Garrett Moore - booked July 18, charged with driving under the influence of liquor.

Douglas Wayne Moulder - booked July 11, fugivite from justice.

Sam Gary Payton – booked June 23, charged with failure to appear.

Ramiro Vitela Rocha, Jr. - booked July 7, charged with flight to avoid prosecution, willful reckless driving, DUI, refusal to submit to breath test, 2 counts fugitive from justice.

Timothy Allen Rosentrater – awaiting sentencing on five counts of 1st degree sexual assault. Sentencing is set for July 24.

Antonio Victor Villa – booked May 5, charged with driving under suspension, a Class 3 misdemeanor, and 3rd offense driving under the influence of liquor.

Carsen Wyatt Wilson – booked Oct. 3, 2024, awaiting trial for minor in possession of a concealed firearm, a Class 1 misdemeanor, and stalking, a Class 3 felony.

Alexxis Rayne Shimko – serving sentence on two counts failure to appear, two counts of possession of controlled substance; all are Class 4 felonies.
