The 35th Annual Kolbo Family reunion was held at the Callaway Senior Center in Callaway on Sunday Oct. 13, 2024.

Hosting were daughters of Janice Loghry, Mitzi Graham and Dawn Hiatt and families. A covered dish dinner was served to 27 family members.

A memorial tribute to family members who have passed away during the past year was read. Those family members who passed through the year were: Charles Blowers, Marvin Oehlerking, Fred Chop, Angie Johnston, Norman Johnson, Russell Kolbo, and Roberta Nansel. Family members present were Ron and Mitzi Graham of Lincoln; Ramona Oehlerking and Sue Smith of Murdock; Lucille and Bev Beshaler, John Rosentrater of Florida; Dawn Hiatt, Tim Hogg, Tim Hiatt, Noah Hiatt, Janice Loghry, John Brouillette, and Raymond Kolbo all of Callaway; Norval and Joyce Kolbo of Gothenburg; Kevin Nansel, Melanie Sheen of Grand Island; Chris Garrison of Dallas, Texas; Nadine Olson of Stillwater, Oklahoma; Doris Thompson and Tanya Robson of Minden; Gaylene Rudy of Aurora; and Dan and Jackie Keyser, Diane Heddinger and Bernita Meads of Kearney.

Afternoon visitors were Linda Lawrence and Jo Keyser of Callaway. An afternoon of visiting was enjoyed by all. We will be together again on Oct. 12 in 2025.
