Dear Editor
Dear Friends, Family, and Community, Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for the incredible kindness and support you have shown our family since we lost our home in the house fire on Dec. 8. While this has been one of the most difficult experiences of our lives, the compassion and generosity surrounding us has been a powerful reminder that we are not alone.
We are deeply thankful to Arnold, Callaway and Stapleton fire departments for their swift response, bravery, and dedication during such a frightening moment. Your service means more than words can express.
To everyone who has donated clothing, shoes, bedding, hygiene supplies, Christmas presents, and monetary gifts—thank you. Each donation, no matter the size, has helped us begin to rebuild and brought comfort during a time of uncertainty. We are also incredibly grateful to those who contributed toward our utilities, groceries, and gas at Nansels. These acts of kindness have lifted an enormous burden and allowed us to focus on moving forward together as a family.
Thank you to everyone who has reached out, checked in, prayed for us, shared resources, or simply stood by our side. Your generosity, love, and support have touched us deeply and will never be forgotten. We truly believe that in this time of our lives, God has been refining our character and deepening our dependence on Him. Sometimes God allows a season of crushing not to break you, but to produce something in you that could never come out any other way. God has not failed us, he has helped prepare us for the pieces that are going to fall into place as our future carries on.
With sincere gratitude, Ken, Ali, Bo, Oli and Kenny
