CUSTER COUNTY JAIL REPORT

Custer County Sheriff Dan Osmond reports there are nine males and no females in the Custer County Jail as of July 7, 2024. Those being held and the charges against them are as follows: Cooper Thomas Brass - Booked Feb. 23, 2024, charged with procuring for a minor/mentally incompetent person and 1st degree sexual assault. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 19, 2024. Bond is set at $150,000.

Blake Thomas Chapin - Booked June 27, 2024, serving a sentence for misdemeanor family offenses.

Elijah Daniel Conner - Booked May 31, 2024, charged with false imprisonment and two counts of 1st degree sexual assault. Pretrial hearing has been set for Sept. 19. Bond is set at $50,000.

Phillip Shane Duncan - Booked July 6, 2024, charged with use of a weapon to commit a felony, possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, terroristic threats, and 3rd degree assault. Awaiting arraignment.

Joe Louis Flores, Jr. - Booked June 25, 2024, charged with theft by unlawful taking. Bond is set at $50,000.

Trey Walter Gothard - Booked Nov. 7, 2023, serving sentence for driving under the influence of liquor (3rd offense), loaded shotgun in vehicle, and carrying a concealed weapon.

Michael Dennis Larreau - Booked June 18, 2024, charged with felony burglary and trespassing.

Timothy Allen Rosentrater - Booked Feb. 9, 2024, charged with multiple counts of 1st degree sexual assault. Pretrial hearing is set for Sept. 19, jury trial is set for Oct. 15. There is no bond.

Joshua Gerard Shiltz - Booked May 21, 2024, serving sentence for driving under the influence of liquor.
