Body

My name is Loleta Connell and I grew up on our ranch near Merriman. I graduated from Gordon High School in 1990, and BHSU at Spearfish, South Dakota with a bachelor of science in Business Administration in 1994.

I have resided in Arnold for the last 26 years along with my husband, Casey, and our three sons Cade, Jace and Trey. Casey is a brand inspector with the State of Nebraska and also operates our custom fencing business, High Plains Fencing.

I was the Alltel/Verizon agent in the Arnold and Callaway communities for six years, paraprofessional at Arnold Public School for five years and currently a parttime Financial Aid Specialist at Mid-Plains Community College in North Platte, for the last two years. I provide sports photography for the Callaway Courier, Custer County Chief and Arnold Sentinel as I follow our boys through their careers as a South Loup Bobcat.

It is important to me that Callaway, and rural Nebraska as a whole, remains proactive and the businesses there continue to thrive and grow. I can think of no better way to make that happen than to help spread the word about the awesome businesses, fun events and amazing people who call Callaway home.

I am looking forward to my position as the new Ad Sales Rep for the Callaway Courier.
