Valentines For Veterans

The Callaway American Legion Auxiliary is asking the community to write Valentine cards for Veterans residing in the Central Nebraska Veterans Home in Kearney. A collection box has been placed in the Nigel Sprouse Memorial Library. Cards will be picked up on Feb. 8. Please help us bring a smile to our country's heroes on Valentine's Day.

Carnation Prom Fundraiser

Order your carnations for Valentine’s Day, sponsored by the Callaway After Prom committee. Send a carnation to anyone in the high school or elementary for $2/flower. Order forms are due by Feb. 7. You can pick up order forms at the school office, Nebraska State Bank, The Plant Stand, or contact Amy Birkel at 308-440-6538 or Erin Reiff at 308-289-3060. Turn orders in at Nebraska State Bank or the school office.

Money is due at purchase. Flowers will be delivered at the school on Feb 13.
